The wonderful @high.vibez.tribe will be holding a breathing workshop this Friday at 12:30pm. The theme for this session will be ‘Re-centring Yourself’ and will include exercises to inform connection, slow down and get a better perspective on things to then take back to your day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our event Bounce Back: How to Build Resilience in a Changing Market. We explored how to build yourself back up after a redundancy, returning to the workplace after maternity leave, how to deal with imposter syndrome and so much more.

Resilience is a journey, and each person will find their own way to work through challenges they may face but a key takeaway from the evening was that finding a way to advocate for yourself and also leaning on those around you is often a good starting point. ✨

We would also like to thank our amazing partners @thefuturefactory and @vccp__ who made this event possible, as well as our wonderful key speaker @appaulled_ and panel @wineswithashley, Frances Leach and Alison Ralph who gave us open and honest insights into their own experiences with resilience.

We are thrilled to introduce our Keynote Speaker a

We are thrilled to introduce our Keynote Speaker and Panel for our event on Thursday 24th October. 🙌

Kicking off the evening will be our Keynote Speaker @appaulled_ who is Executive Creative Director at social-first creative agency That Lot. Previous to his role at @thatlot, Paul spent eight years leading in-house creative teams as ECD at Deliveroo and UK creative director at Google. Alongside his commercial work, Paul is an award winning writer of TV and theatre.

We will then delve into the theme of the evening through a discussion featuring our panel of thought leaders and Mommas:

Alison Ralph who is the Training and Development Director at @thefuturefactory a business development consultancy. She has supported hundreds of agencies on their quest for growth by managing a team of new business experts and by delivering best in class training across the country with expertise across proposition development, targeting, generating new leads, how to perform better in new business meetings, and how to make the most of your existing network.

Frances Leach is a proud mum of two, Who’s Your Momma Mentor and Creative Director at VCCP, working on Cadbury and Keep Britain Tidy. She has worked at various London agencies, including 10 years at adamandeveDDB, winning awards for a variety of clients, including most recently, Marmite.

@wineswithashley is the Co-founder of Wine marketing agency @chalkcomms. Prior to starting her own agency, Ashley spent nearly a decade at Nike in various marketing leadership roles around the world. She started her career in London advertising agencies DDB Adam & Eve and Dentus Aegis.
